1. Professional Engagement
By engaging Tuff Studio for "Identity Engineering," you agree to provide all necessary business data, existing brand assets, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in client communication exceeding 14 days may result in project suspension and a "Resumption Fee."
2. Intellectual Property & Ownership
The Tuff Guarantee: Upon receipt of final payment, full ownership of all final visual marks (Logos, Mascots, and Brand Patterns) is transferred to the Client. Tuff Studio retains ownership of all "Preliminary Architecture" (drafts, sketches, and rejected concepts) and the proprietary "Psychological Dominance™" strategy framework used to build the brand.
3. Payment Architecture
Projects are executed via a staged deposit system. Work begins only after the initial Architectural Deposit is secured. All payments are non-refundable once the "Discovery Phase" has been initiated, as high-tier creative resources are allocated immediately.
4. Limitation of Liability
While our branding is engineered for market dominance, Tuff Studio does not guarantee specific revenue targets. Marketing success depends on the Client’s execution of service, lead follow-up, and external market variables.
